Tapestry PRM is a private personal CRM for Mac. It builds a memory of the people and organizations you know from your email, calendar, messages and contacts, keeps it on your device with each detail’s source, and helps you find who can help, get up to speed and follow through. There’s no account, and no Tapestry server receives your data.
What it does
- See each person you know with your history across email, calendar, messages and meeting notes, and open the original evidence.
- See the organizations you know and the people you know at each one.
- Place the people you know on a map, and see who you know in a city.
- Search your relationships and group people into lists.
- Optionally, give an AI assistant you choose read-only access to your relationship memory.

People whose work runs on relationships: founders raising money or selling, investors, and anyone who wants to find the right person, arrive prepared and follow through, without maintaining a spreadsheet of contacts.

How it works
- Choose your sources. Connect the email, calendar, messages, contacts and notes you want. Every source is read-only.
- Tapestry builds your relationship memory. It brings the same person together across sources, recognizes the organizations you know, and keeps the original messages and meetings so you can check the evidence. All of it stays on your device.
- Find who can help, and follow through. Look anyone up, see your shared history, find who you know at a company or in a city, and pick up where you left off.

Privacy
Everything you connect stays in your Tapestry folder on your device. Tapestry’s own features don’t use cloud AI providers, it never uses your data to train AI models, and it works offline. See exactly what leaves your device, and to whom.
Availability and price
Tapestry PRM is invite-only for now, Mac first, with more platforms planned. The local version is free. Optional Multi-device and Team plans are planned; their pricing and timing have not been announced.
