A private personal CRM for investors
Deal flow, diligence and portfolio support all depend on who you know and what they told you. Tapestry PRM builds that memory from your own email, calendar and messages, and keeps it on your device, not in a shared cloud.
What it helps you do
Find the right reference.
Before a diligence call, see who you know at the company and your history with each of them.
Remember every founder conversation.
Open a founder to see your emails, meetings and messages together, with the original evidence one click away.
Make the intro your portfolio needs.
Find who you know who can help a portfolio company, by organization or by city.
Private by design
- No account. No sign-up, and no Tapestry server that receives your relationship data.
- Read-only. Tapestry reads the sources you choose and never sends, changes or deletes anything.
- Works offline. Your relationship memory lives in a folder on your device.

Questions
How is this different from a firm-wide CRM?
A firm CRM tracks the fund’s pipeline for the team. Tapestry is your own relationship memory, private to you and kept on your device.
Is my deal flow sent to the cloud?
Not by Tapestry. With no account and no Tapestry server, your deal flow stays on your device. If you connect a cloud AI assistant, that assistant sends what it reads to its provider.
Which sources does it use?
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Apple Contacts, iMessage, WhatsApp, LinkedIn exports or profiles you capture, and Granola. You choose what to connect.
